I know you have big dreams.
I know you want to change the world for the better.
I know you’re ready to make  This Year,Your.Year.

And I know you can do it!

Though, there’s something I have to tell you that’s going to make you uncomfortable.

From this point on, you’re going to find yourself Going Against The Grain, a lot.

You’re going to ruffle feathers.
You’re going to annoy people
You’re going to find yourself on the not-so-popular side of many-a-conversation.

I’ve found myself there often this year, and I know there’s more where that came from.

This season and beyond there are deep questions you have to ask yourself.

What do you believe?
What does the world you want to create look like?
What are you willing to take a stand on?

You’re not just selling widgets or jars of peanut butter. What you sell is deeply attached to who you are and what you believe.

You’ll have to get clear on that FIRST before we can do the additional work that’s required.

I urge you to get clear on what’s important to you. It may not be the popular or comfortable option, but it will be worth it in the end.

Don’t worry, I won’t leave you hangin’, I’ll help you out as you embark on this part of your journey, but you getting crystal clear is step one, and if you’d like to share what this brings up for you, I’m here and all ears!
