Are you one of those people that pick a word for the year?
While I didn’t set out to formally “pick a word” this year, a theme that has been coming up for me is CONNECTION.
I continue to grapple with irony that as we are all more connected (digitally), folks are feeling more disconnected and isolated than ever before.
For that this reason, I’m infusing things in my life and business that facilitate much more connection. More connection with you, my family, my friends and community.
Below are some things I’ve already cooked up just for you:
- I’m not only going to continue to pop up in your inbox on a weekly basis, I’m also creating video content for you as well. This way we can feel like we’re in the same room having a chat. Super fun, right?
- I also went way out of my comfort zone and launched a podcast! You can click here to check it out. I would love for you to rate and review it so I can hear what you think. I want the podcast to be a dialogue that has a community feel because, well, #CONNECTION and there’s no one I want to connect with more than you!
- I’m also going to be out in my community so much more. I’m hosting local workshops, doing more local public speaking and attending more events. Yes, that means my stay-at-home leggings are going to less mileage and I can’t chill behind my computer, but when connection is the goal, nothing can replace face to face connection.
That’s just a sprinkling of some goodness that I have in store for you, so definitely stay tuned.
